Things to do as a new man
After a day of headaches and speak to therapist, I now feel better.
I feel I need to write all the things I should do to have a new life.
I need to use more of websites or apps like noisli.com. It's nice.
Now I am in a good state, to think about what I want and do in my life.
I will complete this post whenever I think it's needs to be updated. I like to live in a small house with minimum stuff:
TV
Kettle
Microwave
Two size of pans
Two size of pots
Plates, cutlery and mugs for 4 people
A sofa that can be also a bed
My existing table
A side table for usual stuff
A speaker to listen to music
Toys for things you know
I like to do the following every day:
Running in the morning 6am
Drink water after waking up
Shower at 7am
Eat breakfast and tea/coffee
Write and gratitude
Do retrospective of yesterday
Have a routine to what to cook everyday
Go to sleep before 10pm
Read for half an hour before bed
Go to gym in the evening
Drink a lot of water during the day
Do not drink after 8pm Sundays to Thursdays
Do not drink tea or coffee after 6pm
Relaxation
I like to do the following in a week:
Shopping only two days a week
Go for long walks in weekends
Buy a second hand bicycle and use whenever you go
Meet friends
Be kind
Be gratitude
Learn new things in software
Read software blogs
