My best therapy session

On Sunday I had a session with my therapist which was amazing.

I was very confused for the last couple of weeks that what I should do for lots of stuff.

After the session I learned that there are some factors that I need to deal with.

My parents were narcissists, and therefore I was become a person with a lot of worries. Because my parents have showed and dealt with the problems in front of their kids. Any problem including financial, issues with the other kids, etc.

I found out that being always worried is something I should fix.

Being worried about her future is also a kind controlling behaviour.

I was so happy to found out these that I cried at the end of the session.
